1. The nozzles to be disassembled should be cleaned with light brushed wood brush, etc., in light diesel oil, and the coke removed. Without affecting the precise mating surface, the fine carbon steel wire can be used to clear the carbon deposit in the nozzle hole, but it must be careful so as not to damage the needle valve and the valve seat. 2. When assembling, the pressure adjustment screw should be loosened first, and then the fuel injection pressure screw can be adjusted after the fuel nozzle is installed and the engagement nut is tightened. 3, remove the bite of the nozzle should be particularly careful, the end of the pin valve should be clamped on the bench vise, hand pliers to the valve seat slowly rotate gradually pulled out. It can also be immersed in liquids such as kerosene, acetone, benzene, or carbon tetrachloride for several tens of hours before trying to open. 4. Before installing the nozzle, it must be cleaned in light diesel oil, especially in the plane where the nut is engaged, and no fine impurities can be left. 5. If the pressure of the fuel injector is corrected and the pressure adjustment screw is tightened, the pressure should be compared with the test pressure once again to check whether the pressure meets the technical requirements. 6. When installing on the engine, pay attention to the position of the fuel injector. Don't forget to put the washer so as not to affect the heat dissipation and the normal operation of the fuel injector.
